How are the items shipped?
Most orders to the USA are shipped through either UPS or USPS depending on availability. For international orders, we look for the most affordable rate between Fedex, USPS, UPS and DHL before choosing a provider. Each piece is carefully placed into customized, industrial-strength cardboard boxes to protect your products.
Do you offer any type of a return policy?
We understand that things can happen during the manufacturing and shipping process and to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, we offer a limited 30 day money back guarantee on all products. If you find that your product is not in terrific condition, then please contact us with a picture of the damages or errors and we will happily send you a brand new one.
Where do the orders ship from?
Every order is manufactured in our facilities in the United States of America. We ship each of our orders from our warehouse based in Michigan, USA.
Will I get a tracking number?
Once your order has been placed, an email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you still have any questions in regards to your order or its status, please feel free to email us at MomentsEngravedTeam@gmail.com.
Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Moments Engraved does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Moments Engraved, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
Can I get a different size or a custom piece?
If you are interested in customizing your piece further or obtaining a specific size that is not listed on our website, please feel free to email us at MomentsEngravedTeam@gmail.com. We are always happy to work to meet our customers need, but keep in mind that we do have to charge additional fees for any customizations that are out of our typical scope of work.
