1. SHIPPING POLICYYou can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can ship products anywhere within the United States using either USPS, Fedex or any other shipping providers. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Generally, orders will typically ship within 2 - 4 weeks from the customer's order date on average. Due to high demand, specific items and custom monograms may take up to 6 weeks for production.
a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are FREE in the USA and internationally determined by the destination country, excluding applicable sales tax.
b. International Orders
We ship worldwide! We offer international shipping on orders and all of our orders are shipped out from the USA. These shipping timelines do take a bit longer so that is something to keep in mind.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason your piece comes damaged or does not meet the quality standard advertised on our website, we will replace your piece FREE of charge. Please refer to our policy below for full disclosure and terms.
We can not allow the cancellation of an item after 24 hour as all items hit production the following day. We have time and resources that have already been allocated to processing an item from the time an order is placed. Once 24 hours has passed after the date/time of an order, there will be NO refunds and NO exceptions to this rule because your product will have entered production.
At Moments Engraved, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, email us at MomentsEngravedTeam@gmail.com. We will do whatever we can to replace your piece and ensure that you are satisfied.
Our money back guarantee policy does NOT apply to any of our customization pieces. If you do not receive your customized piece as advertised, we will immediately replace your item. However, refunds are only provided on a case by case basis for custom items. All returns require the customer to ship the item back to us at their own cost before a refund is processed back to their original payment method.
Shipping Address Modification
If you would like to modify your shipping address, send us an email at the address below with your order # and the shipping address you would like to update it to. If your order has already been shipped or is in the final stages of production, we will be unable to change the shipping address.
