Where are your products made?
Our corporate offices are in Los Angeles, California and all of our products are proudly manufactured in the USA at our facilities in St. Francis, MN and Champaign, IL.
What are your products made from?
All of our steel designs are hand crafted from American 16 gauge A60 galvannealed steel. This is the highest grade steel used in the industry and increases product life by helping to prevent corrosion. Our stone designs are manufactured from solid enhanced concrete and are designed to last for years.
How does your 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee work?
At Moments Engraved Customer Satisfaction is our highest priority. If within 30 days of receiving your product you are unsatisfied for any reason, and we cannot make it right, we will refund you 100% of your purchase price.
How long will it take to process my order?
Every piece of Moments Engraved décor is custom made to your specifications. Please allow 5-7 business days to process and complete your order and an additional 2-5 business days for domestic shipping. International shipping times may be slightly longer.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
Our goal is to process your custom order as quickly as possible, so the window to make changes is small. Orders received before 9:00 pm Pacific Time can be changed until 9:00 pm Pacific Time that day. Orders placed after 9:00 pm Pacific Time can be changed until 9:00 pm Pacific Time the following day. If you need to make a change to your order please contact our Customer Support team immediately at support@momentsengraved.com or 1-800-637-0538.
How will my order be shipped?
For U.S. orders we use expedited ground shipping on FedEX, UPS and USPS. Normal delivery time is 2-5 business days. For international orders we ship by air. Shipping times vary depending on location and customs processing times. Typical delivery time is about one week.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Unfortunately we do not offer any expedited shipping at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many places in the world including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK, and most of Western Europe. Contact our Customer support team at support@momentsengraved.com to see if we ship to your location.
Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Maybe. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. The amount for duties and taxes varies based on your location and the amount of your order. We suggest contacting your customs office for specific amounts and percentages before ordering.
Will I be charged in US Dollars or my local currency?
All orders will be charged in U.S. Dollars and converted by your payment processor at the time of payment.
How can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Once your product is completed and has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. You can also contact our Customer Support team for any questions regarding tracking at support@momentsengraved.com.
What is the best way to hang my piece?
This depends a little bit on the surface you are mounting to. For most surfaces we recommend using the Magnetic Hanging Hardware kit sold on our site. The magnets can be screwed directly in a wood beam or into drywall using hollow wall adapters. Each magnet is rated to 25 lbs so 2 magnets can hold a 50 lb. piece and 3 magnets can hold a 75 lb piece. None of our pieces are that heavy. You can also hang your piece using small finishing nails or even heavy duty double sided tape, although this can damage painted wall surfaces.
Can I hang my piece outside?
Yes! All of our products are powder coated with epoxy powder and heated for a strong, weatherproof finish. With proper care and maintenance, our products will last outdoors, rust-free for years to come. We recommend periodically coating your piece with a clear protective spray such as Rust-Oleum Clear Coat. We also recommend hanging your piece where the ambient temperature will be in the range of 20 - 105 degrees F.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes! We are currently accepting custom orders on a case by case basis. Please send your requests to support@momentsengraved.com. Pricing will be based on size and complexity of design.
How do your sizes work?
The standard sizes for our monogram collection signs are 18” x 18”, 24” x 24”, 30” x 30” and 36” x 36”. Due to the customized nature of these products and the wide variety of shapes available, sizes may vary slightly. For signs that are not square, the stated dimension will be the longer of the width or the length. If you need more specific dimensions please contact our Customer support team at support@momentsengraved.com.
